Ideally you would want to keep your RedHorse Business Manager and Microsoft SQL Server up to date with any Update Builds, Service Packs and Cumulative Updates.
RedHorse CRM and Business Manager
In RedHorse, select Help | Check for Updates… if you are current on your RedHorse Software Maintenance Agreement, you will be able to download the update setup file. You would run this setup file on the RedHorse/SQL Server. We can certainly remote on and do this for you as you need to install the update, update your SQL Server and also update Integrations like GMail, WorkFlow, and Constant Contact.
