RedHorse CRM’s Lead Tracking Module gives you the ability to track all the data points you need to track when managing a New Lead for your company’s products and/or services. You can track the Stage of each Lead, who is assigned to the Lead, which Category and Subcategory each lead is specific to, and the Urgency of the Lead. Like a lot of modules in RedHorse, you can easily customize the Leads screen to track your specific data.
Once you get to the Quoting stage of the Lead, you can easily “Promote” the Lead to automatically create a new Quote… using RedHorse’s built-in Quoting module.
