Meeting Minutes
Second Annual Steak Fry and Men's Club Golf Outing
(Hosted by Bruce and Gloria Soma)
6:30 p.m. May 27, 2004
- Call to Order and Prayer -

present - Officers present: Baumann,
Rebholz, Schiferl and Tennessen.

Northstar Hospice – in
appreciation for Men's Club gift
in memory of Mary Grace Walker.
- From Tim Demco, Media
Specialist and Athletic Director
at Saint Ambrose of Woodbury Catholic
School – in appreciation
for Men's Club donations of $1000
to Technology Department, $1000
to Athletic Department, and all
of the Men's Club efforts in making
the outdoor ball fields a reality
including ongoing ball field grooming
for spring sports.
- From Joanne Barrett (resident
of Salem Meadows and once a day
walker along Bailey Road) – in
appreciation for the great job
by the Men's Club keeping Bailey
Road cleaned up (ref. Adopt-A-Highway).
- Men's Club Directory -
Norb distributed directory verification
worksheets to everybody in attendance
for feedback as to the validity of
roster information as recorded in our
data base…as well as to solicit
feedback about "time & talents" and "areas
of interest." This is toward fulfillment
of publishing a Men's Club directory – to
be completed by later this year. Similar
worksheets are being mailed to all
active and inactive members not in
attendance at the Steak Fry.
- Event Coordinator Signup – Status
per table below – It's not too
late to sign up… by doing so
1) Ensure the event happens at all
and 2) Fulfill assessment that each
member volunteer to coordinate one
event sometime during the year.

All proceeds will go to a charity of
Matt's choice.
