Meeting Minutes

Call to order @ 8:00

Opening prayer

Reviewed the non-minutes from the Dec mtg

Wayne provided Treasurers report.

No one to provide wine auction report

Thanks to Boerjan's and Roche families for Adopt a Family (Bob was there)

We decided to defer the Christian Cupboard donation until May-They need the money more outside of holiday season, and we we will "pass the hat" at the May outing

Special thanks to those who helped with Christmas set-up and take-down

Reminded everyone to take a copy of the agenda home because the years meeting schedule was on the back(great idea!)

Presentation by Bruce Soma, Mark Padellford and Mike D'Agostino about the small group meetings on Tuesdays, and how that may fit in to the parish wide evangalization initiative

Reviewed the sprinkler situation in painful detail and unltimately voted to pay for the costs to date (c. $4,000) and limit our participation in the project to the $21,000 remaining from the initial pledge. The door was left open to expand the system at a later date

Discussed the request for help with the B-Ball Tourney. Said we would post a sign-up online after received from St Ambrose

Approved funding for the Corpus Christi ... (Up to $1,000)
